Editor: Now FORMSRV © can keep your email in a directory on your website if you don't have email services! It creates a HTML page from a template and puts the email info in it, you can view, print, delete, and respond to your emails from the admin console or from the WebMail directory index page!
You can create a html input form page, with the fields you want to pass to the template page, which you create to look any way you want. You then place the fields names you had in the form, (i.e. username) in the template file with a dollar sign in front of the name, (i.e. $username) where ever you want it to appear in the new page!
The program then opens the template page and recreates it with the info you passed to it and names it with a date and time stamp as a page name, i.e. 112500_456pm.html (you can even add seconds to it if you have a busy site with lots of email) and adds the page to a self updating index page with links to all the existing html pages in that directory! It can also notify you when someone has send an e-html!
